Technical Details
Stakeholder engagement begins with mapping the actors relevant to each regional circular-economy system and understanding their interests and influence. The scope includes public authorities, businesses, researchers, civil society and end users. The engagement approach combines information activities with workshops, interviews, focus groups and co-design sessions. These methods allow local knowledge and user needs to influence solution development. A common framework supports comparison across the pilots while allowing regional adaptation. Interregional exchange adds opportunities to share experience, discuss implementation conditions and identify practices that may be useful in another setting.
Regional needs and existing actor relationships in four physical pilot regions, connected through the fifth interregional pilot.
The plan establishes structured engagement with public authorities, businesses, researchers and community actors. It connects regional co-creation with interregional learning so that local priorities and barriers inform circular solution design.
The framework describes engagement arrangements. Attendance, feedback and resulting actions are evaluated for each activity.
