Technical Details
Social Innovation Actions are organised through a shared backlog and recurring three-month delivery cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation and review. Pilot teams and supporting partners select actions according to current needs and readiness, define the objective and responsibilities, and review progress before the next cycle.
Implementation leaflets provide guidance, worksheets and tools for applying the selected methods. The approach draws on theoretical work and pilot feedback, including surveys of stakeholder requirements and social-innovation priorities. This allows the programme to adapt to differences in value-chain maturity, engagement needs and regional social challenges.
Initial social-innovation framework and regional priorities; each later sprint requires its own delivery evidence.
The plan embeds social innovation in pilot activities through a flexible backlog managed by SCRC with pilot teams. It reports initial community-platform analysis, stakeholder engagement plans, communities of practice and targeted dissemination, and sets out subsequent sprint-based delivery and monitoring.
The plan defines activities and delivery cycles. Participation, learning and behavioural outcomes require subsequent evaluation.
