Technical Details
The planning approach translates conceptual pilot designs into implementation activities, monitoring arrangements and evaluation requirements. A common living-document structure records contextual information, baselines, value-chain configurations, timelines and risks. Practical achievements act as milestones for tracking tangible progress. Regular coordination links the pilot work with application planning and digital-tool development, while the definition of measurements and KPIs supports later assessment. The common structure promotes consistency across pilots without removing the technical and regional differences between their applications.
Project planning and methodological framework.
D5.1 establishes a shared planning structure for the five pilots, connects implementation to baseline and evaluation procedures, and defines recurring updates for monitoring practical achievements and implementation progress.
Implementation plans are updated as pilots progress. Completion and measured outcomes are covered by subsequent pilot and test reports.
