Technical Details
The market analysis uses the TAM-SAM-SOM framework to distinguish the overall market, the part that can be served and the share that may realistically be reached. The central platform and the four regional pilot archetypes are examined through their value propositions, potential users, governance arrangements and candidate revenue mechanisms.
Initial business structures are treated as hypotheses for validation. Subsequent work uses operational pilot information to refine pricing, costs and commercial feasibility, connecting business planning with financial analysis and investment preparation. This staged approach separates market potential from demonstrated demand and validated financial performance.
D6.2 develops initial market positioning and business-model hypotheses for the four physical pilot solution families. It combines physical services, digital capabilities and multi-actor governance, and identifies potential revenue mechanisms and validation needs.
Initial market, price, cost and willingness-to-pay assumptions require validation with operational and customer data. Further analysis will address the virtual pilot.
