Which CSSBoost digital functions are documented as implemented, integrated or still under development, and for which pilots?

Technical Details
Development follows each digital component through its implemented functions, next integration steps and pilot-data requirements. The implementation process distinguishes the status of a service from the completion of its interfaces and the availability of application data.
The digital system covers process modelling, configuration, risk assessment, AI services, sustainability assessment, knowledge sharing, data acquisition and the virtualisation platform. Integration is examined through the relationships between these components, including DAMS connections, digital-twin services and the exchange of blueprints between the Marketplace and Knowledge Core. This supports a component-specific view of progress rather than a single platform-wide completion claim.
Component and pilot-specific integration states, rather than a single maturity claim for the whole platform.
By July 2026, development included a completed Pilot 2 PSM model, an updated Pilot 4 model and remaining clarifications for Pilots 1 and 3. Work during February-August also included finalised Pilot 1 value-chain definitions, ongoing VC3 modelling, a preliminary Pilot 3 model and further requested Pilot 4 data. Circ-RAT has a tested DAMS backend connection, a connected user interface and mapped/visualised real Pilot 2 sensor data; soft-sensor and circularity-risk modules remain next steps. The Knowledge Core has an initial graph snapshot, a formalised Blueprint schema and an implemented LLM-based knowledge-extraction layer, with revised integration still progressing. Marketplace blockchain transactions and links to APT/TEB remain in development. DPP data-model, lifecycle and sharing features have progressed; battery passports are being investigated. D-LCA/SBSC pilot-data collection, configuration and enerchart integration continue. Visualisation dashboards are being developed, with example data used in demonstration dashboards.
Development and integration stages vary across modules and pilots. Soft-sensor and circularity-risk functions, pilot-data connections and further service integrations remain in progress.
