CSSBoost brings together enterprise-system data, manual records, files and measurements from different pilot environments. A value can only be used consistently across services when it retains its source, meaning, unit and time context. The frequency of available pilot reporting also affects the appropriate integration method: periodic data exchange and live messaging serve different operational conditions.
DAMS organises pilot datasets and data objects and combines harmonisation with access policies. Digital-twin integration then maps those objects to the relevant assets and sources. This makes agreement on data structure and access conditions a practical part of tool integration, alongside the technical interface itself.
A technically connected interface is insufficient if units, timestamps, property definitions or access conditions differ.
The documented DAMS approach combines harmonised data models, source registration and governed exchange through Core and Connector components.
A shared architecture and data model provide the basis for coordinated exchange, with pilot-feed integration continuing.
