The project first established market and business-model hypotheses for the central platform and the four regional archetypes. The analysis distinguishes market potential, serviceable demand and realistic uptake, while considering possible subscription, transaction and performance-linked revenue mechanisms. These models provide a structured starting point, but pricing and cost feasibility depend on the operating configuration and evidence from the pilots.
The next validation stage uses bottom-up pilot information to refine the value proposition, costs and financial assumptions. Exploitation and investment planning are developed alongside this work so that ownership, intended users and implementation resources are considered together.
Market size, pricing, costs and willingness to pay cannot yet be treated as verified commercial performance.
The project uses initial business-model hypotheses as a basis for progressive testing with operational data and customer engagement.
A structured framework supports testing and refinement before scale-up.
